Send a size mix, not only total quantity.
A buyer enquiry becomes much clearer when it includes sizes such as S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL with quantities against each size. When exact sizes are not known, send an estimated ratio and confirm later before ordering.
For branded uniforms, keep extra time for logo confirmation, sample approval and final quantity confirmation.
